Checkk AI: Automating Policy Reviews for Insurance Agencies

Project Overview

Checkk AI is an AI-powered platform built for independent P&C insurance agencies. It automates the workflows that eat up the most staff time — policy reviews, quote comparisons, and proposal generation — syncing directly with agency management systems like HawkSoft, AMS360, and WorkSmart.

Document Comparison

Policy, Quote & Binder comparison — clickable tabs

Problem: agents compare an expiring policy, a new quote, and a binder side by side to catch coverage changes — but switching between documents lived behind a dropdown that was easy to miss, so agents often reviewed the wrong document without realizing it.

Fix: replaced the dropdown with clickable Binder / Quote / Expiring Policy / Renewal Policy tabs above each panel, so agents can line up any two documents side by side and switch instantly.

Proposal Templates

Proposal Template Settings — visual template picker

Problem: every template showed up as a repeated "General Liability Template" card with no way to tell them apart, so agents had to open each one just to find the right template.

Fix: added a thumbnail preview of each template's cover page, plus a Recent Templates section showing the last-opened date — so agents can recognize and reuse the right template at a glance.
